PROGRAMS

BJJ (No-Gi)

Our BJJ classes is a safe space for all newcomers and covers all the fundamental positions of Jiu-jitsu and wrestling. We’ll get you off the mat and rolling in no time!

When: Tuesday / Thursdays at 6PM

Kickboxing

Our Kickboxing classes offers a safe space for all newcomers and will teach you all of the fundamental striking skills of boxing, kickboxing and striking for MMA / Self Defense. We'll get you off the couch and kicking in no-time!

When: Monday / Wednesday at 6PM

  • Nope! Our classes are structured to build everyone up no matter what physical condition you start in.

  • Our introduction course is specifically for new students that have NO experience!

  • With any form of martial arts there is a risk of injury but with the programs and procedures we have in place the risk of injury is extremely low. We strive to create a safe environment for all our members.
